36 Seasons streaming

NPR nabs exclusive listen

A week away from the release of the new Ghostface Killah (@ghostfacekillah) record, 36 Seasons, the non-profit broadcaster has posted an exclusive stream.

Tommy Boy had previously leaked Love Don’t Live Here Anymore and Homicide.

Both are indicative of just how good this record is.

If you enjoyed 12 Reasons to Die, this record fits in nicely as its predecessor as it continues the vintage soul feel appeal that has been Ghost’s calling card from time.

The Revelations (@the_revelations), the Brooklyn-based quartet turning heads from east to west with their bluesy soul boom bap play the perfect foil to Dennis Coles’ delivery.

Features are sparse but perfectly fitted to GFK’s “real life love story -disguised as an action movie.”

36 Seasons Is a definite must-have to round out the year and will likely find its way onto a lot of year-end lists.
